All adverts placed on this site are the sole responsibility of the Advertiser. We accept no responsibility whatsoever
for the contents contained in any Advert placed on the Site.
The responsibility lies solely with the person or company that placed the advert. We will not accept any
responsibility whatsoever for any potential or actual loss, that may arise from a person or company viewing, or
purchasing a product or service off our web site. Viewers and advertisers view and place adverts entirely at their

Personal Information, names and addresses are placed at the advertisers own risk, and is not mandatory for placing
an advert.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or service at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse service and /or access to our servers to anyone

of this material.

We do not accept any responsibility for what ever a domain is used for once it has been sold by Village Web Designs.

Whilst NO bandwidth limits have been set, we reserve the right to stop a service if unacceptable amounts of bandwidth are being consumed.

We do not allow the following types of content to be stored on our servers - Adult or sexually explicit, Illegal or copyrighted material and Warez (pirated software)

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the
information contained in any of the materials in this or any website owned and operated by the company.
